Admission Details

Incomplete Form will be rejected.
Admission form must be filled in by the candidate in his/her own handwriting with Black/Blue ball point pen in capital letters.
It is compulsory for a student to affix a passport size photograph in the space provided in the admission form and attach two extra copies of the photograph with the admission form.
Write your name on the admission form as it appears in the Mark sheet of standard X or equivalent Examination
The Directors reserve all the rights, including the right to refuse admission without assigning any reason, what-so-ever.
Admission of the candidate shall be cancelled if he/she fails to attend at least 80% of the total delivered lectures and also if found indulging in misbehaviour of any kind during his/her stay in the institute.
Absence from classes without proper leave application or prior information, may result in expulsion from the institute.
All students enrolled with ‘A.K.VIDYAMANDIR’ will have to provide the photocopy of their Admit Cards of IIT-JEE/AIEEE and other Engineering Entrance Examinations for Engineering Streams, and CBSE (PMT), AIIMS, AFMC and other Medical Entrance Examinations for Medical Streams, and as soon as they receive their Admit Cards from the concerned examining bodies.
The institute reserves the right to use the photograph for publicity in case the student secures position/ success in Engineering Entrance Exams.
It is for the student himself/herself to ensure whether he/she is eligible for certain examination or not. The Institute does not hold itself responsible if a student’s admission form cannot be forwarded or is rejected by the examination body on any ground whatsoever. Such a student cannot claim a refund of the whole or any part of the fee he/she has paid to the Institute.
The responsibility of getting admission form forwarded to the examining body is only that of the student himself/herself or that of their Parents/Guardians.
A.K.VIDYAMANDIR reserves the right to make any change in its centre and programs without any prior notice to anybody.
Request for change of Address: Any change in the correspondence address or phone number should be immediately intimated to the Corporate Office through a written application quoting the Name, Roll No. and Centre Code of the student.
Outstation cheques will not be accepted.
Fee once paid to the institute will not be refunded or transferred under any circumstances.
In case of any dispute, arising out of present terms and conditions, same shall be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Directors of A.K.VIDYAMANDIR. The seat of arbitrator will be at Chandigarh. In the event of any dispute which may arise, Chandigarh Court alone shall have the jurisdiction.

A.K.VIDYAMANDIR reserves the right to make any change in its centre and programs without any prior notice to anybody.
The choice of the centre once opted by the candidate in the admission form will be final and no further request for the shift of centre will be considered.
In case of loss of the Admit Card, a request letter along with one photograph and cash/Demand Draft of Rs. 50/- in favour of ‘A.K.VIDYAMANDIR’ payable at Chandigarh is to be submitted in the institute (office) for the issue of duplicate Admit Card.
