| The curriculum of class IX and X is the prelude to the concepts which are undertaken in much greater details in class XI and XII, respectively. The comprehension of these concepts in details by these students ascending to class IX and X is intended to, greatly enhance understanding of the subjects by them especially in Science and Mathematics. That's why it is essential for the students of class IX and X to have a deep and thorough comprehension of concepts of Science and Mathematics. The IGNITION and COMBUSTION programmes launched by AKV serve the dual purpose of enrichment of knowledge and greatly enhancing the abilities of these students. The additional benefit they would derive would be their simultaneous preparation for their X Boards, as well as making solid foundation for the Competitive Examinations to be held in a couple of years later. For those students who aspire to pursue their career in Engineering or Medical stream, IGNITION and COMBUSTION programmes are bound to strengthen their concepts and fundamentals, and help them make up their mind to pursue any of the above said streams at an appropriate stage. |

| Class Rooms and Study Material |
| A multi layered classroom course structure has been developed to cater to the needs of students. AKV is a unique amalgam of factual knowledge, teaching and testing methodology. Meticulously prepared, exhaustive study material is self-sufficient to make solid foundation and to score well in X board examinations. We have well equipped, centrally air-conditioned lecture rooms where the students are comfortable even during the oppressive heat of June and July.

| Transport Facility (Optional) |
|
Institute owns a fleet of buses providing doorstep service to the students of the city and those coming from adjoining areas of Chandigarh, on nominal charges. The transport is available only from certain selected sectors. This facility cannot be claimed as a matter of right.

| Admission Procedure |
|
For admission to any course, completed admission form, along with copies of certificates and testimonials, 2 photographs must be sent to the office, along with the fee which can be deposited either in cash at the institute office itself or by Demand Draft drawn in favour of “A.K.Vidyamandir Pvt. Ltd.” payable at Chandigarh. 1st installment is to be paid at the time of admission.
